سياسة الشحن والتوصيل 🚚
1) التوصيل العادي (داخل البحرين) 📦
• الرسوم: 2 دينار بحريني.
• الخدمة متاحة يومياً ما لم يتم الإعلان عن غير ذلك.
• الطلبات المقدمة بعد الساعة 3:00 مساءً سيتم توصيلها في اليوم التالي.
2) التوصيل السريع (داخل البحرين) ⚡
• الرسوم: 3 دينار بحريني.
• يتم التوصيل في غضون 1 إلى 3 ساعات (حسب توفر المندوب).
• يتم التوصيل خلال 3 إلى 7 أيام عمل.
• ملاحظة هامة: رسوم الشحن لا تشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة (VAT)، الرسوم الجمركية، أو أي رسوم إدارية أخرى تفرضها دولة المستلم.
• يتحمل العميل كافة تكاليف الشحن ورسوم الاسترجاع بالكامل.
• يتم التوصيل عادةً ما بين الساعة 12:00 ظهراً و 9:00 مساءً.
• أوقات التوصيل تقديرية؛ قد يتم تسليم الطلبات قبل أو بعد الوقت المحدد بناءً على خط سير شركة التوصيل.
• نحتفظ بالحق في إعادة جدولة أو إلغاء أي طلب وفقاً لتقديرنا.
• فشل الاستلام: في حال خروج الطلب للتوصيل ووصول المندوب للعنوان ولم يتم استلام الطلب، يتحمل العميل رسوم التوصيل بالإضافة إلى رسوم إرجاع الطلب (يتم احتساب الرسوم لكل مسار).
• الاستبدال والاسترجاع: يتحمل العميل كافة رسوم التوصيل المترتبة على إرجاع القطعة إلينا ورسوم إرسال القطعة البديلة.
6) الشروط العامة 🔍
• نحتفظ بالحق في تغيير رسوم التوصيل، مواعيد العمل، والسياسات في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.
• سيتصل بك المندوب قبل وقت قصير من الوصول، يرجى الرد لتفادي فشل التوصيل وتحمل رسوم إضافية.
7) الموافقة ✅

Shipping & Delivery Policy 🚚
1) Standard Delivery (Within Bahrain) 📦
• Fee: 2 BD.
• Available every day unless otherwise announced.
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be delivered the following day.
2) Express Delivery (Within Bahrain) ⚡
• Fee: 3 BD.
• Delivered within 1 to 3 hours (Subject to carrier availability).
• Delivery within 3 to 7 working days.
• Important: Shipping fees do NOT include VAT, Customs duties, or any other government fees in the destination country.
• All shipping and return logistics fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• Deliveries are generally conducted between 12:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
• Note: Times are estimates; orders may arrive earlier or later than scheduled based on carrier logistics.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any order at our discretion.
• Non-Collection: If an order is dispatched and the carrier reaches the address but it is not collected, the customer is liable for the delivery fee PLUS the return-to-origin fee (charged for each route).
• Returns & Exchanges: The customer is responsible for all delivery fees associated with returning the item and the cost of sending the replacement.
6) General Terms 🔍
• We reserve the right to amend delivery fees, operating hours, and policies at any time without prior notice.
• The carrier will contact you shortly before arrival. Please ensure you are reachable to avoid delivery failure and extra charges.
7) Agreement ✅
