1) قبل إتمام الطلب 🔍
لضمان رضاكم التام، نرجو منكم التأكد من المقاسات وتزويدنا ببيانات التواصل الصحيحة. فريقنا يسعد دائماً بالإجابة على استفساراتكم حول الألوان والخامات قبل الطلب.
2) التعديل والإلغاء ⏱️
نبدأ في معالجة طلباتكم فوراً؛ لذا يتاح التعديل أو الإلغاء خلال 30 دقيقة فقط من التأكيد. بعد هذه المدة، نعتذر عن قبول التغييرات، ويُعتبر العربون تأكيداً نهائياً لحجز القطعة.
3) الاسترجاع والاستبدال 🚫
نظراً لأن قطع الطلب المسبق يتم توفيرها خصيصاً لكم، فإن جميع الطلبات تعتبر نهائية ولا تندرج ضمن سياسة الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع.
4) العربون وحقوق الإلغاء 💰
• يُحتسب العربون (بحد أدنى 10 دينار) كجزء من قيمة طلبكم.
• نلتزم بإعادة العربون كاملاً في حال تعذر توفير القطعة خلال 4 أسابيع.
• تحتفظ AH Brands بالحق في إلغاء أي طلب (مثل حالات نفاد المنتج أو أسباب تشغيلية أخرى)، وفي هذه الحالة يتم إخطاركم وإعادة العربون كاملاً فوراً.
• التوصيل العادي (2 دينار): يتم خلال الفترة من 12:00 مساءً إلى 9:00 مساءً.
• التوصيل المستعجل (3 دينار): لتوقيت محدد أو استلام عاجل (يشترط الدفع المسبق).

• يسعدنا استضافة طلباتكم لدينا مجاناً لمدة 7 أيام من تاريخ إشعاركم بجاهزيتها.
• في حال رغبتم في تمديد فترة التخزين (للسفر أو أي أسباب أخرى)، يمكنكم سداد كامل مبلغ الطلب وسنقوم بحفظه لكم لمدة تصل إلى 30 يوماً بدون رسوم إضافية.
• في حال عدم السداد أو الاستلام بعد 7 أيام، تُحتسب رسوم رمزية للتخزين (0.500 فلس يومياً) بدءاً من اليوم الثامن.
• إذا استنفدت رسوم التخزين قيمة العربون، سنضطر آسفين لإلغاء الطلب لتوفير مساحة لشحنات جديدة.
7) الظروف الاستثنائية 🌍
نعمل جاهدين للالتزام بالمواعيد، ولكن قد تطرأ ظروف خارجة عن الإرادة (مثل تأخر الشحن العالمي، إغلاق المنافذ، توقف الطيران، أو الحروب). في هذه الحالات النادرة، نقدر سعة صدركم وتفهمكم لتمديد فترة التوصيل.
8) الموافقة ✅

We are delighted to serve you. To ensure a seamless shopping experience and the safe delivery of your items, please review our Pre-Order policy:
1) Before Confirming 🔍
To ensure your complete satisfaction, please confirm your sizes and contact details. Our team is always happy to assist with questions before you order.
2) Changes & Cancellations ⏱️
We begin processing your order immediately. Therefore, changes or cancellations are available for 30 minutes only. After this window, the deposit serves as a final commitment to secure your item.
3) Returns & Exchanges 🚫
As pre-order items are specially curated for you, all orders are strictly final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
4) Deposit & Cancellation Rights 💰
• The minimum deposit (BHD 10) secures your order and is deducted from the total.
• We will issue a full refund if we are unable to supply your item within 4 weeks.
• AH Brands reserves the right to cancel any order (e.g., out-of-stock or operational reasons). In such cases, you will be notified and your deposit will be refunded in full immediately.
• Standard Delivery (BHD 2): Delivery window is 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM.
• Express Delivery (BHD 3): For a specific time slot or urgent delivery (Requires full pre-payment).

• We provide Free Storage for up to 7 days from the date we notify you that your order has arrived.
• If you wish to extend storage (for travel or other reasons), you may settle the full payment, and we will keep your order for up to 30 days at no extra charge.
• Otherwise, a nominal storage fee of BHD 0.500 per day applies starting from the 8th day.
• Should the accumulated storage fees reach the deposit amount, the order will be canceled to accommodate incoming shipments.
7) Exceptional Circumstances 🌍
While we strive for punctuality, certain events beyond our control (such as global shipping delays, port closures, flight suspensions, or conflicts) may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding should we need to extend the timeline.
