1) Before ordering

Please confirm your sizes carefully. Also, ensure you ask about all details like color and material before you confirm the order.

2) Changes or cancellations

You can modify or cancel your order within 30 minutes only. However, we do not accept any changes after this time. We also do not refund the deposit for late cancellations.

3) Returns & exchanges

All pre-orders are strictly final. Therefore, we do not offer any returns or exchanges after order confirmation.

4) Deposits & refunds

We count the deposit as part of the total order value. However, we only refund the deposit if the order takes more than 4 weeks. Additionally, AH Brands may cancel and refund your deposit if the item is out of stock.

5) Delivery & fees

• Free delivery: Pay the remaining balance in full before dispatch.
• Cash on delivery (COD): We add a delivery fee of BHD 2.
• Scheduled delivery: Fees start at BHD 2 and require pre-payment.

6) Non-collection policy (Important)

• After 5 Days: If you do not collect, we will cancel the free delivery and charge BHD 2.
• After 10 Days: We will cancel the order automatically. Consequently, we will keep the deposit as a non-refundable cancellation fee.
• Exception: Only if we approved a specific date before you placed the order.

7) Agreement
