At AH Brands, we carefully inspect every product before delivery. First and foremost, our return and exchange policy varies depending on the type of order (Pre-Order, Website Order, or International). Consequently, please read the conditions below carefully.

في AH Brands، نحرص على فحص كل منتج بعناية قبل التوصيل. تختلف سياستنا بناءً على نوع الطلب (الطلب المسبق، طلبات الموقع، أو الطلبات الدولية). يرجى قراءة الشروط أدناه بعناية.

1. Pre-Order Policy / سياسة الطلبات المسبقة

English:

• No Returns or Exchanges: Specifically, we specially reserve pre-ordered items for you. For this reason, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.
• Exceptions (Defects): However, we do accept returns if there is a proven fault on our side. For instance, if we sent the wrong item or it has a manufacturing defect.
• Notification Period: In this case, you must notify us of any defect on the same day of delivery or, at maximum, within 3 days.
• Condition: Moreover, you must keep the item unused, with the original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
• Right to Reject: Finally, we reserve the full right to reject any return request if we detect misuse, manipulation, or false information regarding the defect.

2. Website Orders (Discounted & Final Sale) / طلبات الموقع (المخفّضة والتصفية)

English: Since we offer products on www.ahbrandsbh.com at discounted or final sale prices, the following strict rules apply for local orders:

• Return Period: Accordingly, you may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Condition: Furthermore, you must return items unused, unpacked, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
• Exchange Fees: In addition, we charge a fee of 2 BD for any exchange service.
• Return Fees: Conversely, if you choose to return an item for a refund, we will deduct a total of 4 BD from your refund amount. Basically, this covers the original delivery fee of 2 BD plus the return shipping fee of 2 BD.

3. International Orders / الطلبات الدولية

English: Regarding orders shipped outside of Bahrain, the following additional terms apply:

• Notification: You must notify us of a return request within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Conditions: Likewise, the same general quality conditions apply (unused, tags attached, original packaging).
• Shipping & Fees: You are fully responsible for all shipping costs. As a result, we will calculate the original international shipping fee plus the return shipping fee based on current international rates. Subsequently, we will deduct them from the final refund amount.
